i am out of ideas

When i try to play 1.13 My game crashes. I have tried re installing the Launcher and Such but nothing has changed. and now i am all out of ideas and I get this Message when the game crashes "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
