Crash Report again

I'v downloaded minecraft and when go to singleplayer or multiplayer the game crashed it says " an unexpected issue occurred and the game has crushed , we are sorry for the inconveniences  " .

i'v searched and figure that this issue is LWJGL 
STILL i don't know what should i do to run the game correctly
