Failed to download file. mn_mn.json 

This message shows up, I am on mac, no I dont have adblock or any antivirus or any other program that hinders the download, this is not a duplicate since the problem was not solved yet, this is MAC not PC. What should I do?

This is getting absolutely ridiculous, nobody is helping us, the game is not free, we payed for it so help us.. its not too much to ask about right?
