Minecraft Launcher open in my taskbar, but when i click or hover over it, nothing pops up

So  earlier today, I went to launch Minecraft, the launcher icon appeared in my taskbar, but when I hover over it, I see no window. I have tried looking at it in the task manager and I saw this,

when I expanded the launcher, it seemed to have 3 launchers open.

I restarted mc pc, that didn't work. I deleted the launcher and reinstalled it, that didn't work.

I found the launcher in my computer files and tried launching it from there, then the launcher updated, but it still will not show on the screen, or appear when I hover over it. I can still launch clients like the badlion client, so it is just the Minecraft launcher itself.
