can't log into 1.13 prev 6

When i tried to download 1.13 prev 6. (java), i got the following messages;

Unable to locate the Java runtime.
Error details: The system cannot find the path specified.
Filename on disk: javaw.exe
Path: C:/Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_25\bin\javaw.exe
Exists: false

What's strange about this is that it runs 1.12.2 fine (realms, solo game etc) and i had no problem running previous 1.13 snapshots. its only this snapshot that's having trouble.
