Minecraft has stopped working

I can open the launcher but when I click 'play' the Mojang logo pops up in a white background, whenever I click anywhere in this window it says that it is not responding. I have deleted the launcher and Minecraft in hopes of fixing it, I have repaired minecraft using the MinecraftInstaller and I have looked at all the Help and troubleshooting sites, yet I still get the same result. Just in case I this matters I also get this thing that pops up whenever I reinstall Minecraft
