Opening launcher bug

hi so I recently just got a new graphics card because my old one didn't meet the expectations of Minecraft's opengl because my old graphics card was opengl 1.1 so I got a Geforce GT 710 and it still isn't loading up Minecraft but when I downloaded a preprogrammed opengl32.dll file it worked but not very well so I got rid of it and tried the thing I saw on Minecraft forums where u go into command promt (administrative) and type sfc /scannow I did that and loked into the logs of it because it said that it couldn't repair some corrupted files and guess what the corrupted file was opengl32.dll so idk what to do when it tried to grab a opengl apparently that opengl was also corrupt as it shows in the logs (imma attach the logs) so if anyone could please help me. ive spent all day tryna fix this IT WOULD BE VERY APPRECIATED.
