Launcher is lying about login

Okay, so, i just started having this problem today. Everytime i go to log into minecraft it will say i am able to login and play on the launcher, i will launch the game. But i will not be able to join any servers as all it says Try restarting your launcher. I did this, restarted my router, computer, reinstalled the whole system 5 times, 5 different ways, reinstalled java, tried running it on other launcher ie (technic, forge, geforce experience) they all did the exact same as the original minecraft launcher, and on occasion it will say i have the invalid information. I reset my password, email multiple times. Changed my email password changed computers i've done everything, i asked my friend to try to login for me it didnt work for him either. I tried typing something that wasn't my password, that didn't even let me "login" (go into the actual minecraft game). i need help.
