I can not play in multiplayer mode, and my account disconnects every time I quit or close minecraft

the first error that happened was that I could not log in my account, I changed the password and it worked, I went to play, after a while and closed the game, an error appeared, and when I entered the launcher appeared this message "failed to update Connection: login again ", I entered and when I entered the multiplayer mode, the second message appeared," Failed to log: Invalid session (restart your game and launcher) ". I did this about 3 times, waited until the time determined by mojang, and nothing to get back to normal, and now every time I open the launcher the two messages / error appear. please help me, the game is my work tool
