Whenever normal minecraft or Forge is ran, it ends up crashing.

(This is not my MC having a problem but a friends)

Before you ask, we have searched around looking for any solutions but none that have worked.

The only thing leading up to the crash is pressing the Launch button. (Sorry for the obvious ), but it does take a few seconds for anything after that to come up.

They has ran:
1.12.2
1.8.9
Forge 1.8.9 - 11.15.1.1722 (Recommended 1.8.9 Forge)
Forge 1.8.9 - 11.15.1.2318 (The latest one, has some possible bugs.)
And ran again without using Mods.

The overview report is of the Recommended 1.8.9 Forge and using mods.

I don't know if this is MineCraft or if its his PC but any suggestions will be well appreciated.
