Minecraft Launcher for 1.12.2 is not responding

I started my minecraft launcher for 1.12.2 and I waited a minute and it just won't work.
I tried repairing minecraft using MinecraftInstaller.msi but it didn't work.
I tried using the old launcher, which did work but now I get no sound in the game.
Yesterday it worked fine. After restarting my computer three times it still didn't work. Any solution?
