Purchasing game screen crashes

After purchasing the game for my son's windows laptop, I noticed that minecraft gets stuck on the "Mojang" Screen after downloaded java this is still happening. I have tried to reinstall minecraft and Clear the minecraft folder in Application Support, If it helps you, this is the startup log where the screen crashes since making this purchase for my son if this is not resolved i want a refund this is too expensive for this too happen
