Minecraft does crash if I change the resolution

If I set the resolution of the game in the minecraft launcher to a different value that the default one and then start the game the game will crash and the minecraft launcher appears with the message "An unexpected issue occurred ansd the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience." I hope you can fix this bug.
