Game Crash

When I inicializated the game, a bug was occured, with a message: "An unexpected issue ocurred and the game has crashed. We´re sorry for the inconvenience." Please, I wanna know what is the cause of this crash. Thanks.

Obs: This bug was occured in all versions of the game.
