every time i click play its starts to fill up but gets stuck

every time i click play its starts to fill up but gets stuck and says unpacking 0902 or something similar its disappears quickly once it appears, it then disappears and a few seconds later re-appears saying "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
