After first Installation the java lancher crachs every startup

After installing the java version the game can not be started by launcher!
After every starting the following error message comes:

• Crash: An unexpected issue occurred and the game crashed. We apologize for the inconvenience!

  It is not possible to play, because with each startup attempt the error message appears again!
