Launcher and Game not opening/working

When I click on the shortcut to open the game launcher. The launcher doesn't open. I have reinstalled Minecraft. Tried to use the "Repair" tool. Nothing the game no longer seems to work.

P.S. The Affects Version/s makes no sense to me so I clicked one of the Windows ones
