Minecraft luncher shows its open but its not

when I open the game i see it opens in taskbar but i cant see it on screen.

Java: latest update installed
Graphics card: latest update installed

things ive tried to do-
deactivate my antivirus
Restart the computer
uninstall with/ without antivirus
alt+tab to it( it shows it is open there)
