Launcher Issue

New launcher starts up, but only shows news feed, and nothing else.

Edit: Images showing the continuing problem are also attached. If there is no picture of the other tabs, it's because when I click them, it either freezes, or nothing happens.

Also, I did check the game with the normal Aero theme from windows 7, and it loaded up great. Thought I'd put that input, to verify that the issue is the theme.
