Unable to save download sand3.ogg

I have deleted this anti-virus that has caused me problems called AVG and its completely gone off my computer. But however it still says sand3.ogg is corrupted and unreadable. I have tried to scan my computer with an anti-virus and cmd but the anti-virus says its fine and the cmd stops going at 57% done
