Sound bug

I have to restart minecraft 1.12.2 over and over to get minecraft sound back i lose sound when i open and start minecraft i hear no sound in menu of minecraft and in game it takes me at least 4 to 5 restarts before i get sound back and i also made sure i was on latest java and i was so there seems to be a sound issue in minecraft
