Unexpected Crash when I launch Forge 1.8.9

I play on Hypixel, a very popular minigame server. I have forge 1.8.9 installed and every like 25 minutes or less my game keeps crashing for no apparent reason! The error code on the screen says : Unexpected Issue has occured and the game has crashed. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I really need help fixing this because I payed good money for this PC and I can't even play MC please help me.
