Minecraft crashes every time it loads up.

Every time I launch minecraft, it crashes about 5 seconds after loading. Here is the crash report:

It happens for every version I use. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling minecraft, updating my drivers and graphics cards, and going to the website that is listen in the crash report and downloading the program. Nothing has worked so far and I've been trying for two days now.
