Minecraft freezes/crashes

Minecraft usually/most of the time launches and loads up fine, but when I create a world or join any server immediately or a few seconds after the game freezes and I have to close the program, there is no error code afterwards just says "game crashed...sorry for the inconvience," this only happens to my custom built desktop though it works fine on my laptop. I've tried everything outside sources have suggested to do for practically the same issue, but nothing has worked, and I have already tried using differen't launch versions from 1.12.2 and down. Please help me if it is possible, Thank you
