Takes Too Long

So, When I Tried Downloading Minecraft On My New Gaming Computer, It Wasn't Launching It Was Stuck At What The Picture I Put Up For You. I Installed Java And It Still Doesn't Load. Is There Something On My Computer That's Causing This? I Also Left My Computer On For An Hour And It Still Kept Going.
