Can't Connect to Internet

I can't connect to Minecraft servers even though there supports website say they are running. I used personal hotspot from my iPhone yet I can't connect. A few days ago I was fully connected but now I can't. When I was still logged in on my launcher and game and tried to go to a premium server, ex. Hypixel, it said that I didn't authenticate but when I went to a cracked server all of a sudden I could connect. I really wanted to ply on Hypixel so I tried to login in and log out again. And now I am where I am now. I can't sign in to Minecraft.net because it says there was an error(no error code provided), I am not able to migrate the account because I did that already. Then I tried to get the Windows version and I still could connect to a server. The only thing I did to my network connection was add a VPN(webscribe), I fully uninstalled. I then personal hotspot my phone to my computer and I got the same symptoms.
