The Laucher has versions that are not in the foulder (/%appdata%/.minecraft/versions) and there are some verions in the folder taht are not in launcher...

I treid to install some mods with "Forge". Now There are some Versions in the Folder, that are not in the launcher and there are some verions in the Launcher, that are not in the Folder.
I know I can delete versions in the Launcher. Now I tried to install optifine and already started 1.12 , wich is required for optifine 1.12, but there is wiritten start 1.12 once. What I should do now?
