My launcher freezes on startup.

When I launch Minecraft, the launcher isn't even to be seen, only in the task bar. And it just stays like that, I even left it like that for 2 hours and nothing changed. The game worked just fine, even today. Then, after I closed my game, it wouldn't start up again. I tried restarting my pc, removing mods, versions, reinstalling java and minecraft but nothing changed. So I decided to record a video as proof, which is attatched here. Please help.
