The Laucher has versions that are not in the foulder (/%appdata%/.minecraft/versions) and there are some verions in the folder taht are not in launcher...

I wanted to install some mods with minecraft forge, after I wanted to put Optifine in the forge Folder. THat doesn't worked so I Need to put it back out, now is the Problem, like in the summary already written. There are some Folders with versions that are not in the Launcher and swapped. Please help!
