Launcher wont work

Whenever I start my launcher it appears on the task bar but it doesn't show up and when I click on it nothing happens. I tried to delete and download it again but nothing happened. After uninstalling and reinstalling the application the folder ".mincraft " only has two files. I have attached them to this report.
