Launcher Crashing

I try to start up the game and it comes up with a message of: "an unexpected issue has occurred sorry for any inconvenience" tried to find a cure by myself and went through 10 websites, 2 downloads, 4 youtube videos, and 1 hour of my life I'll never get back. I want a solution because it is very awkward to sit in a discord call, while all of your friends seem to have forgotten you exist. urgent help needed.
