Crashing immidiately

When I decide to hop into minecraft I open the launcher and I click Play. When I do this it loads up minecraft like it usually does, but it says and I quote "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience." I would like to point out that I am on the latest version 12.2, and also on Windows 10. There are two reasons That might cause this: 1. Maybe the developers are doing an update. The reason I say this is I have a sibling and they occasionally play minecraft as well. I just asked them to log into their minecraft and theirs crashed Also. so this theory is very likely. 2. The Fact that creates a conflict between the first reason is that both me and my sibling both have crappy graphics cards. so this might have an effect on how both of our minecraft launchers behave.

I would really appreciate that MOJANG will take note of this bug (if there really is one, like I said both me and my sibling have crappy graphics cards)
