i cant play minecraft on a brand new computer

i get minecraft on my new computer guess what! it crashes EVERYTIME EVERY VERSION ranging from 1.7 - 1.12.2
What I expected to happen was...:

I expected it to start up fine and normal since ive done this on other computers
What actually happened was...:

it crashed everytime i click play and it loads it crashes saying were sorry for inconvenience and on my other computer it works fine

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ...get a brand new computer set it up download minecraft

3. ...then after 30 mins of waiting for the version to download you get a big fat disapointment right in you're face saying game crash if you keep trying you cant fix it

the native log says that i have a outdated client when i got a fresh new computer
