Minecraft Launcher Won't Work

Since 2016 (Maybe 2015) my account on Windows would not run Minecraft. I decided to talk about it now since I've started getting back into playing Minecraft. I've been playing it on another Windows account but then it takes forever to log into it, log back out and into my main one. When I try to launch Minecraft on my main account it crashes, the launcher is fine but the game won't work. Any tips on how to fix it?
