Unable to update Minecraft Native Launcher

When I try to open my minecraft it says " unable to download minecraft native launcher "

I watched videos on youtube how to fix this error and I did everything but it doesn't work !!!! I deleted my minecraft and reinstalled it, tried to open minecraft.exe and ask to repair but still doesn't work.
