Game crashes when eating on servers

So I've seen other people having this issue here, but none have gotten any real help with fixing it.

Basically, online server. Eat food, game freezes and you're required to kill the .exe with task manager.
After a while it progresses to anyone who eats food will crash you (and only you)
And after a while of this it crashes the second you join the server and try to walk around, this is a gamebreaking bug that must be fixed.

If you need any type of log tell me where to find it and I shall provide it. Because this needs to be fixed.
