Cant open minecraft because of crash

Hi! My brother just got a new computer and he is trying to play minecraft but its crashing when he is trying to start it. It says ''spel krasch ett oväntat fel uppstod och spelet kraschade vi beklagar besväret.'' (its in swedish)
I have no idea how to help him with this but after a little bit of reading I guess someone here can help me. I also found out that people with similar problems used this site ' http://paste.ubuntu.com/25784102/ so thats like the error i guess.
