Cannot log into server

I have MC 1.12 And I keep getting this error when I try logging into the server I logged out of. I initially logged out because the world wasn't loading correctly. I may have flow too high and fell through the map. But I just need to resolve this regardless of how it got messed up. I have MC 1.12.2.
