Can't get into Minecraft and I have done nothing wrong

I am on Xbox one and I was playing the better together update on mineplex then during master builders I crashed and could not log into minecraft in general I did everything it told me to do restar my Xbox and even uninstalle and re install please fix this I can't play minecraft on the better together update
