Keep Crashing

After 2 days I start to run my Minecraft but when I open it the game just froze on loading page
and also make my computer work slow and after 10/15 secs it closes app and shows crash massage.

I also cant install the forge on it and I tried to uninstall it and when installing again it keeps saying the file _____ can be saved

plz help me (sorry for my bad English skills)
