Login failed. Invalid username or password.

Cannot log into minecraft after I reset my password and contacted technical support nor' can I log into the mojang official website. One employee provided me with this help below.

• Update your video card drivers. For information regarding how to do so, visit https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/928493
• Try temporarily disabling your antivirus/firewall software
• Log completely out of the Minecraft launcher (click on your username or email address -> click "Log Out" -> log back in)
• Try running Minecraft as an administrator (right click the game on your desktop and select "Run as Administrator")
• Disable or uninstall any mods or third party software you have enabled
• If you are using an older version of Minecraft, please make sure to switch to the latest version

Once completing all this I cannot still log in so I'm clueless on what to do and that leads me here.
