I can not change my skin

I went to the minecraft's official website to change my skin
It display "Your skin has been changed! It will take a couple of seconds for it to update."
I thought it was successful.
But when I into the minecraft
My skin is not changed!!
I tried it many times
But the results are the same...
Please help me solve the problem!! thx
