Game Crash

When I open Minecraft I get the message "GAME CRASH An unexpected issue occurred an the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience." I tried to repair the game, it did not work. I tried to uninstall Minecraft, then re-install it. That did not work either. I've run out of options and Mojang doesn't seem to have a customer support line to help resolve the issue.
