Minecraft Launcher is crashing on startup

Okay, so i am on Windows 7 Home Premium, i am trying to start up minecraft from the minecraft folder and it crashes when i click "Play". Anyone know how to fix this?

PS: The actual version is all of them, just couldnt find "all".
