i purchased a redemtion code from amazon but now i can only play demo. When i check my account, the purchase shows up. I tried switching email addresses, but had no luck. I have read everything i can find on this problem

i now have three email addresses associated with it, but only one briandaley340....... shows the purchase in the account page. none will allow me to play the game
