Souris incontrolable et trop rapide avec Optifine et reach trop grande

When i play mincraft with the new launcher on optifine version , i can't control where i want to go and my reach is to big because i can hit at over 5 block , these problems are only since the new launcher with the optifine version , but the last launcher have no problem with optifine version , Thank you to read my report and sorry of my English i'm French.
