I cant open minecraft 1.12 with the old or the new launcher , in addition the new launcher doesnt open any version as it stays in the mojang screen forever while loading the game.

My operating system is microsoft windows 10 I tried using both java 7 and 8 and no java at all
none of them worked the bug goes like this : I load minecraft 1.12 with the old or the new launcher and it stays in the mojang screen forever ( I waited a day or 2) this also happens in the new launcher with any version.
