Minecraft doesn't work

Whenever I try to click "Play" on the minecraft launcher, it comes up with the usual stuff it comes up when it works. After, the launcher goes. After a couple seconds, it comes back up saying "Game Crash: An unexpected issue occurred and the game crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience." This happened to me ever since I updated to Windows 10. I just need help to get it sorted out and that I can play one of my favourite games that I haven't played since May.
