[MCL-782] New 1.6 Launcher

The new launcher will not allow me to play Minecraft. It keeps giving me the same message (Shown Below). I have updated my Java to Java 6 and even restarted my computer, but this made no difference. I have seen a lot of people having this problem. If anyone finds a solution and comes across this post, please leave me instructions in the comment section. Thank you!
