Clean Win7 Install - Launcher loading "forever"

The launcher starts, loads the current launcher version, and then keeps on displaying "Loading" forever.
I reinstalled the computer, b/c I had the same error before. This is not "since ever", I played MC on this computer a long time. After a pause of 1 year I wanted to start MC again, with the aforementioned result.
